Energetics of Mother’s Milk Tea

After a night of sleep with a teething baby demanding to be fed every 1-2 hours, I’ve been feeling slightly sad, distant, and depleted. I know many other mother’s may be feeling similarly overwhelmed spending so much time with their children without external support and increased demands. I thought it would be fun to show to show a case study that dives into the energetic transformation of drinking an herbal tea for physical, emotional, and spiritual support.

First of all, what do I mean by energetic transformation, and why is this important? Every substance has a unique impact on an individual depending on the pre-existing state of their aura. I look at what organs are physically supported in order of impact, what emotions and mantras are released, what emotions and mantras are imprinted, and what chakras are strengthened. When we can better understand this potential impact, then we can make better choices when looking for support with specific issues. I love diving into the individual scenarios because it helps us understand why the same physical support might help one person but not another.

So for me today on 5/5/2020 at 6:00pm this is the energetic transformation of Mother’s Milk tea.

Physical support: liver (energy stays here for a long time), spleen, pancreas, uterus, ovaries, and throat.

Spiritual support: strengthens my third eye, crown chakra, and root chakra

Emotions released: anger, fear, sadness.

Mantra’s released: “I hate you”, “Get away from me”, “Leave me alone”, and “I don’t want to be here.”

Emotions imprinted: present and capable.

Mantra imprinted: I love my baby.

The overall increase in chi energy is very strong. This has been verified with a muscle test. On a scale of 0-100 with 0 being all harm no benefit and 100 being all benefit no harm, it registers at 98. This means my aura will greatly benefit from drinking this tea today and it will increase my overall vitality.

Wow. What a transformation.

On the package, the Herbal Power is listed as supports breast milk production for nursing mothers. Did you notice that even as a breastfeeding mother, my breasts did not register under physical support? This tells me that these herbs support the specific challenges of a motherhood and those challenges may or may not include a need for increased breast milk production.

Physically, the energy stays in the liver the longest. We store our negative emotions in our liver, so this means my liver must need support in processing negative emotions. The spleen represents our ability to digest life and circumstances whereas the pancreas represents our ability to allow sweetness into our life. The uterus represents our relationship with ourselves while the ovaries represent our relationship with others. The throat chakra represents our ability to listen and speak our truth.

Perhaps other moms can relate emotionally. In this instance, hate refers to a behavior that is disliked. In my case, the behavior I disliked was crying in the middle of the night and constant demands to breastfed when my body needed sleep. I love the emotional shift. Who doesn’t want to be fully present and feel capable? And the end result is often our overarching goal, to be love and receive love. Our energy must be connected and flowing without blockages to be able to embody unconditional love for our children. Self care for mothers is not selfish, but rather the foundation for a healthy relationship. Clearly, this herbal blend was the perfect match for me given the circumstance and pre-existing condition.

Sugar Case Study

One of my favorite parts of utilizing energy medicine with my clients is to see the variety and individuality in creating wellness plans. We are able to look beyond “healthy” and “unhealthy” foods and substances are dive deep into “What does this person need the most? What is most supportive and creates the most overall chi energy?”

My approach is unique in that when I create a nutrition plan, I’m not focusing on counting macros or calories. I’m looking at the ingredients themselves and how those specific foods effect the individual at hand. Of course, there are general statements that can apply to a large population of people. It’s hard to go wrong with eating more fresh organic fruits and vegetables. But just because a carrot is generally considered healthy does not mean that this is the vegetable to bring the individual back to balance and increase overall vitality.

There are so many factors at play. So much, in fact, that it’s impossible to be consciously aware and factor them in when designing a plan. However, our bodies have an innate ability to calculate exactly how it will respond to any given substance and how that response impacts the overall chi energy of the body. This we can verify with simple muscle testing techniques. With practice, I have learned how to identify the strength of the energy, the quality of the energy, and the location of where the energy strengthens or weakens the body the most. If you are new to the concept of energy medicine, I find demonstration to be most helpful as words alone are insufficient in understanding this concept. It is something that must be felt.

Recently, I was testing an individual who is struggling with a sugar addiction. He did a sugar free cleanse for 30 days, but quickly went back to ingesting refined sugar as the cravings were intense. The problem became severe enough that his immune system became suppressed and he was missing work due to extreme fatigue and tiredness.

I had a feeling that his body desperately needs more sugar, but the form of sugar he was ingesting was not serving him. Sure enough, any type of refined sugar, such as coconut sugar or cane sugar, immediately weakened his whole body. It was stealing energy and minerals from his liver, spleen, and pancreas while over stimulating his adrenals. But when I tested him on Vermont maple syrup, his overall energy strengthened incredibly as this source of sugar is concentrated, but minimally processed. We checked dates, raisins, and other dried fruits. They all tested very strong. Then I tested local, raw honey and his body registered potential shock and a chaotic, weak energy. This type of reaction signifies a potential food allergy or sensitivity. Then we tested raw, honey from Crete, Greece and it also tested very strong.

He had no way of knowing that the local, raw honey was wreaking havoc on his body, but a quick muscle test was able to identify the substance as non-compatible for his specific constitution.  It doesn’t matter how many studies and articles promote health benefits of local raw, honey. His individual response was different than expected and showed that what is beneficial to one person may not be for another. So why did he have a negative response? Well that question is much harder to answer. I can speculate but would need additional information to give a reliable interpretation.

What I loved most about this particular demonstration is that he was able to feel exactly how the individual substances were affecting his overall energy. This experience opened his eyes to how much damage his sugar addiction was causing. And it gave him the strength and determination to significantly reduce refined sugar consumption while increasing his consumption of concentrated, but minimally processed natural sugar. He’s not depriving his body of all sources of sugar, including fruits, to attempt to get over his sugar cravings. Instead, he’s embracing the right form of sugar that is properly fueling his body and will give him energy in such a way that will boost his immune system and allow him to work as he desires.
